From Bordighera

Getting around the area

Bordighera is the perfect base for exploring the Riviera, the hinterland and the French Riviera: out for the day, then back to the sea.

By train

From Bordighera station, on the coastal line, you can reach Sanremo, Ventimiglia and, across the border, Menton, Monaco and Nice.

By bus

Riviera Trasporti routes connect the coast with the inland villages, such as those of the Val Nervia.

By car

The A10 motorway has an exit at Bordighera. For the villages and the Ligurian Alps, a car is the most convenient option.

By bike

The hill and inland roads are for fit cyclists; with an e-bike, the villages are within everyone’s reach.
